MINIMUM ORDER: $50.00

PRICING: All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained within is accurate, however errors do occur. Intertrade is not responsible for printing, pricing or other errors found in this catalogue.

CASE PACKS: As a wholesaler, items are shipped in full case quantity only. We will allow for assortments in some cases. Items not showing a mixed case cost are only available in FULL CASE QUANTITIES. We cannot break apart cases of these items for various reasons such as product fragility, damage, control, etc. All other items can be assorted to make up a full case quantity at the mixed case cast, but cannot be shipped in quantities less than a full case.

CHOCOLATE: Please note that we will ship chocolate items in the summer months if a customer wishes us to do so, however, Intertrade will not be responsible for melted items between June and September.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES: All damages/shortages must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of your order. Adjustments will only be made within 7 days of your order having being received. **PLEASE keep damaged product as we may require return of damages for verification and/or return to manufacturer.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization – please contact us for proper return procedure instructions. Generally we do not accept the return of food items. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Seasonal returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS: All backorders will be cancelled.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions are not always possible. While we try our best to provide you with everything you have ordered, Intertrade cannot guarantee item availability – some items may be out of stock at times due to their seasonal nature. Please indicate if an item can be subbed for another flavor or color whenever possible.

PAYMENT TERMS: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Net 30 Days O.A.C. All credits approvals are performed at head office using business references provided by the customer, and cannot be negotiated with sales representative or trade show personnel. Please Note: Due to time limitations, Credit Applications cannot be processed between September and December.

FREIGHT CHARGES: All shipments are F.O.B. Intertrade. Freight charges vary due to weight of shipment and destination. We use CANPAR for the majority of shipments, however in cases where the freight cost is lower we use other carriers as well. WE would be happy to use the carrier of your choice – simply provide us with the telephone number of the carrier as well as your account number.
